Set the laces for a comfortable fit, then use the side zipper to make everyday on and off easier. Close the zipper and secure its hook-and-loop cover before wearing. You can readjust the laces whenever you need more room or a closer fit.
Can I try them outside—not just around the house?
Yes. The 30-Day Comfort Trial allows normal indoor and outdoor wear in your everyday routine, consistent with the boots’ intended use. Ordinary creasing and sole marks from reasonable trial wear do not disqualify an eligible return.
What if they are not comfortable for me?
Email service@stepthetop.com within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. For eligible trial returns, we refund the full product price you paid, plus refundable taxes, and cover return shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back.
