Should I choose Regular or Wide?

Choose Regular if most shoes fit comfortably through the sides and you mainly want more room around your toes. Choose Wide if standard shoes regularly squeeze your forefoot or feel tight along the sides. Both options use a roomier toe shape, while Wide is intended to provide more overall space.

What size should I order?

Measure both feet while standing, preferably later in the day, and use the larger measurement when checking the size chart. Do not rely only on the size you wear in another brand. If your measurement falls between two sizes, contact service@stepthetop.com before ordering instead of guessing.

Will the fit still feel comfortable later in the day?

Feet can feel fuller after hours of standing or walking. The roomier forefoot, additional instep space and adjustable lacing are designed to leave more flexibility than a tapered, fixed-fitting shoe. You can also loosen the laces slightly as the day goes on. Individual fit and comfort will vary.

How should the shoes feel when I first try them on?

Try them indoors on a clean surface while wearing the socks you normally use. Your toes should have room to move, your heel should feel secure, and the upper should not create strong pressure across the top or sides of your foot. Do not assume painful pressure will disappear after breaking them in, and do not wear them outdoors until you are satisfied with the fit.

Can I return them if the size or width is not right?

Eligible unworn items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
